Who we are

What we collect and why

If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address so we can let you know when the mundusi app is available and share occasional updates about its development. We rely on your consent as the legal basis for this, which you give by submitting the form.

Who processes your data

We use Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., based in the United States) to manage our waitlist and send emails. Your email address is transferred to and stored on Mailchimp's servers in the US under standard contractual clauses, which are the safeguards required by UK data protection law for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until the mundusi app launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove your details - whichever comes first. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to object to or restrict our processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@mundusi.com.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
